In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered April 10 against Katarina Nichole Stilson of Paton on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. A charge of assault was dismissed. Court costs were $109.06.
Cases were initiated as follows: Lanny Dean Lewis of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; and Karen Jo Keown McCubbin of Gowrie, theft- fifth degree (two counts).
